Products ka return delivery ke baad accept nahi kiya jayega
Agar product damaged, spoiled ya wrong item deliver hota hai, to aap 2 ghante ke andar hume inform karein
Complaint ke liye aapko product ki clear photo WhatsApp par share karni hogi
Refund sirf in cases me applicable hoga:

Product spoiled ho
Wrong item deliver ho
Product missing ho
Agar complaint valid payi jati hai to:
Refund initiate kiya jayega

Replacement product next delivery slot me bheja jayega
Refund 5–7 working days ke andar process kiya jayega
Refund original payment method me transfer hoga (UPI / Bank / Wallet)
Order cancel sirf delivery se pehle hi kiya ja sakta hai
Once order dispatched ho gaya, cancellation possible nahi hoga
Refund applicable nahi hoga agar:
Customer available na ho delivery ke time
Wrong address provide kiya gaya ho
